Imperials are going to be important to you because you’ll need them to unlock upgrades for your Chalice of Opulence to make the most of this season. Part of unlocking the ability to fully use your Chalice of Opulence involves completing a quest that will send you to the Conflux Lost Sector. However, seeing as how it’ll be an unknown location if you’re getting back into Destiny 2 after a while, we’ll help you pinpoint it

The good news is that the Conflux is on Nessus. If you try and imagine the Well of Flame and the Pools of Luminance as two points of a triangle, with the third point directly to the north of the Well, that’s where the Conflux is. We think the easiest way to identify this is if you make a beeline for the Well of Flame after touching down in the Cistern Landing Zone in Arcadian Valley.

To reach the Conflux Lost Sector proper, you’ll be wanting to keep an eye out for a pretty noticeable waterfall that we’d pinpoint as almost directly north east of the Well of Flame. Enter the cave that’s next to it and defeat Cabal enemies to gain your first Lost Sector Chest related to the Chalice of Opulence: this will net you some of those sweet Imperials that you’ve been jonesing for.

Now that you’ve got our Destiny 2 Conflux Lost Sector guide to help you get started on the path to true opulence, upgrading your trusty Chalice should be easy as pie! You’ve not got that long until Shadowkeep drops and the Season of Opulence runs its course, so get hunting.
