Kojima Productions latest game Death Stranding is headed to PC in July, after being a PlayStation 4 exclusive since launch. With the PC release coming in a few short weeks, you’re going to want to make sure your rig can handle the rugged terrain that’s required to deliverer packages. With that, here are the Death Stranding PC minimum and maximum requirements.
What are the Death Stranding PC Requirements?
If you’re planning to boot up Death Stranding on your PC in a couple of weeks, then you’re in luck, because the game will be friendly towards keyboard and mouse players. Kojima Productions has released three sets of Death Stranding PC requirements to PCGamer, and the minimum requirements will allow the game to run at 720p and 30fps. However, if your rig meets the recommended requirements, you can run the game at 1080p and 30/60fps. Here’s a quick rundown of all of the Death Stranding PC requirements.
As you can see, the minimum Death Stranding PC specs won’t be too overbearing for most players, and there is a nice middle-ground for those who don’t quite meet the recommended max specs.
Death Stranding was met with mixed reviews at launch, which Kojima credited to Americans' love for shooters. If you haven’t tried out the game yet, you can pre-order your copy today on the Epic Games Store or Steam ahead of its July 14 release date.
If you’re not familiar with the gameplay of Death Stranding, there are a total of 14 episodes that players will need to work through to beat the game. There are also a handful of celebrity cameos and trophies that players can collect as they wander around Kojima’s world and deliver packages.
