The pre-order edition of Cronos: The New Dawn includes the following bonus content:

Essentially, the standard edition is called the pre-order edition before its release date, so the contents are likely limited to this period alone. You’re getting some extra ammunition, a health pack, and energy to make the early hours a bit easier.

How to play Cronos The New Dawn Early
If you want to get into the survival horror adventure a bit early, the deluxe edition of Chronos: The New Dawn grants you two days of early access. This means that you will have to spend $10 extra for some ammunition, skins, digital goodies, and the early access.
Personally, I’d just wait the two days and would rather look at the skins to see if those are worth getting the expensive edition for.

Overall, there are some neat cosmetic bonuses here, and the early access incentive is something to consider. I think the price for the standard edition is actually pretty tempting, considering AAA titles are currently in the $70 to $80 territory, and that’s what I’d get.
