Can You Re-Edit Your Character in Palworld? – Answered

Shoot your Pals in style.

Choosing what your character looks like in a game can be stressful, especially when you know that you’ll be playing that game for a long time to come. Fortunately, some games give players the option to re-edit their character after they begin, but is Palworld one of them?

How to Change Your Appearance in Palworld

If you made your character in Palworld and have decided that you want to change it up, you’ll most likely be wondering how to do this. Unfortunately, as of the time of writing, you are unable to change what your character looks like in-game. This means that you will have to take considerable care when choosing your character’s appearance.

Whilst the character creator isn’t the most in-depth there has ever been, there’s still a variety of features that you will be able to change. From body type, face type, eye type and color, hair style and color, and your voice. Players can also choose to select a custom color as opposed to the default colors one can choose from. It’s somewhat limited, but there’s enough variety, and in the future could potentially be expanded to allow for more options to further individualize your character to your liking.

The good news is that Pocketpair has stated in-game that they plan to allow players to re-edit their characters in a future update. It is unlikely that this will coincide with the launch, but knowing that it will be making its way into the game in the future is reassuring. This means that you can design your character as wild as you like, and know that if you change your mind, you aren’t locked in forever.

Either way, Palworld is in a world of its own, and you’ll be sure to forget about your appearance woes when you are lost in this incredibly bizarre world. In what other creature game could you potentially eat your Pals?
