Is it Possible to Increase Inventory Space in Diablo 4?
Diablo 4 features three main ways to get rid of your old weapons and armor: You can sell, salvage or store your items in a storage chest, which your other characters can access at any point. However, emptying your inventory is the only way to free up space and prevent your bag from filling up constantly. You can’t purchase more inventory to increase its space.
Fortunately, your inventory is separated by equipment, consumables, and quest items, so you don’t have to worry about everything getting clustered into one massive pile.

How to Store Items in Diablo 4
Merchants and blacksmiths are also easy to come by in every town, especially as you progress through the story and unlock waypoints. You can also access the storage chest early on in Kyovashad, allowing you to store items that you and your other characters can access later.
The storage chest, in particular, helps keep large amounts of old equipment. Unlike your inventory, you can upgrade the chest to increase its storage slots in exchange for gold.
The downside? The first stash tab upgrade is 100,000 gold. It’s expensive but useful if you want to stockpile weapons and armor for your other characters or have a few important mementos you want to keep.
