Can You Drive Vehicles In BattleBit Remastered?

Can you drive that big Humvee, or is it just for show?

Jumping into the blocky world of BattleBit Remastered, you’ll need to know how to navigate the massive world around you before getting tagged by someone half a mile away. These maps are huge, and it would be great if we had a way to get around them rather quickly. As you explore the world around you, you may have noticed a fair number of vehicles just kind of hanging out, hoping that you can hop inside and start causing some more mayhem in the world. Can you actually drive them, or are they more of a decorative piece in this thrilling multiplayer shooter?

Are Vehicles Useable In BattleBit Remastered?

If you’re hoping to jump in the driver’s seat of a vehicle, you’ll be glad to know that some vehicles are driveable. You’ll just need to keep your eyes peeled on a few specific things. If you approach a vehicle and it’s windows are greyed out, you won’t be able to drive it. If you approach a vehicle and you can see inside of it, then you will be able to drive it.

There are also a variety of other vehicles that you’ll be able to command, including Helicopters, Boats, 4-Wheelers, Tanks, and more. If you approach a vehicle and see Press [F] To Enter, you’ll be ready to rock and roll. With the maps being rather large, and objectives being rather far apart, being able to hop into a vehicle and cause some mayhem can make even the dullest of matches spring to life in a matter of moments.

Some maps, like the one in the photo above, start you off directly in a vehicle. Before you can make your way to land, you’ll need to spawn in a boat and make your way to the mainland in a surprisingly dramatic entrance. Once you make landfall, you’ll need to exit the vehicle by pressing F once again, and get ready for action.
