Borderlands 3 Conference Call Legendary Guide

If you’re someone who’s been kicking around long enough in Borderlands 3 to get acquainted with some of the rad NPCs, you might already be familiar with Zer0’s bounties i.e. Targets of Opportunity. If you were farming the Lyuda sniper rifle previously, then you’ll have to have taken a whole bunch of them out – we have a guide to getting the Lyuda here for your benefit. Why is this relevant to the Conference Call? Well, it drops from one of the enemies that’s on Zer0’s Targets of Opportunity list – Judge Hightower in Lectra City.

What we like about the Conference Call in Borderlands 3 is its special weapon effect called “Let’s just ping everyone all at once”. This lets the weapon fire 5 bullets at once, and each time one of those bullets hits something else, it will split into further bullets which can ricochet. You’re truly reaching as many people as possible if you’re unloading some rounds into a single enemy, and we love that for you. These extra bullets will shoot out perpendicularly to the original bullets, which means that you get a wide spread of fire when you’re using this weapon. Fans of the Borderlands series might recognize this weapon from Borderlands 3, so it’s nice to see it making a comeback.

As you may already have gathered, the Conference Call drops from Judge Hightower in Lectra City with an increased frequency. You can also get it from opening pretty much every chest and portable toilet in Pandora if you’re absolutely intent on it, but we just think that the quickest way to get any weapon is to farm whichever boss has an increased rate to drop it.Enough tries at eliminating Judge Hightower and you should be sorted for your weapon needs.

Now that you have our guide on how to get the Borderlands 3 Conference Call Legendary, it shouldn’t be too difficult for you to get your mitts on one since, well, you really just have one boss to farm as our recommendation. It’s not the world’s most intense boss fight either, so we have no doubt that you’ll crack through it easy.
