In Armored Core 6, the VE-60SNA Stun Needle Launchers are all the rage. If you’ve already completed Chapter 3 and defeated the ICE WORM, you know exactly what I mean. They are quick, precise, and stupidly powerful burst launchers that will essentially trivialize the rest of the game for you with a well-configured AC. On that note, let’s find out the Best Stun Needle Launcher builds in Armored Core 6.
Armored Core 6: VE-60SNA Stun Needle Launcher Best Builds
Dual VE-60SNA Stun Needle Launchers require a hefty amount of EN Load from your AC. As such, your FRAME and INNER configurations won’t have much wiggle room from the builds listed below. You’ll need an AC that can output big bursts of EN while also handling large loads of weight.
Check out the VE-60SNA Stun Needle Launcher builds we’ve listed below, from best to worst:
1) Best of the Best – Dual Gatling Gun Combo
If you’ve heard the term “meta build” being thrown around in Armored Core 6 discourse, it’s very likely referring to this build. Slapping a pair of DF-GA-08 HU-BEN Gatling Guns to your AC with the two Stun Needle Launchers is a combo that, frankly, is a bit broken. The Gatling Guns provide consistent damage to your target and have decent range, while the Stun Needles devastate shields and AP, and don’t even take long to reload. Stun Needle Launchers also have extremely high direct-hit damage, meaning you’ll do even more damage to an already staggered target.
- R-Arm Unit: DF-GA-08 HU-BEN
- L-Arm Unit: DF-GA-08 HU-BEN
- R-Back Unit: VE-60SNA
- L-Back Unit: VE-60SNA

- Generator: VE-20C
- Expansion: Pulse Armor
2) Runner Up – Dual ZIMMERMAN Combo
For those who prefer to be up close and personal, try using a pair of SG-027 ZIMMERMAN shotguns. These absolute units are busted, they reload fairly quickly, and you won’t have to worry about overheating issues as you do with the Gatling Gun build. You won’t get the persistent damage that you would with the Gatling Guns, but who cares when you can blast enemy ACs with two handfuls of slug?
- R-Arm Unit: SG-027 ZIMMERMAN
- L-Arm Unit: SG-027 ZIMMERMAN

3) Last Resort – Dual MAJESTIC Combo
If you don’t have access to Gatling Guns or the ZIMMERMAN shotguns, you could always throw on a pair of MAJESTIC rocket launchers or something similar. Really, you could use any two weapons in your R-Arm and L-Arm units, as your goal should be to get a pair of better weapons, anyway. As long as you have the two Stun Needle Launchers on your back, you’ll be golden in most scenarios.
- R-Arm Unit: MAJESTIC
- L-Arm Unit: MAJESTIC
- R-Back Unit: VE-60SNA
