How Many Endings Are There in Armored Core 6?

There are three endings in Armored Core 6. As you progress further into the the latest FromSoftware epic, you’ll start noticing that you’ll have to make decisions on specific missions, all of which will impact the final scene you receive.

How to Get the Bad Ending in Armored Core 6 (Fires of Rubicon Ending)

The Fires of the Raven ending in Armored Core 6 can be attained at any playthrough. To trigger this ending, players must choose the Intercept the Corporate Forces Decision Mission in Chapter 5. This choice sets the course through the Breach the Karman Line and Shut Down the Closure Satellites missions, leading to the bad ending:

  • Complete Tunnel Sabotage in Chapter 3
  • Eliminate the Enforcement Squads in Chapter 3
  • Complete Intercept the Redguns in Chapter 4
  • Complete Intercept the Corporate Forces in Chapter 5

How to Get the Good Ending in Armored Core 6 (Liberator Of Rubicon Ending)

Similar to the bad ending, the Liberator of Rubicon ending can be achieved in any playthrough with just one critical decision. Players need to opt for the Eliminate “Cinder” Carla Decision Mission in Chapter 5, followed by completing the Destroy the Block Drive and Bring Down the Xylem missions. Caution is advised to avoid duplicating endings by making the same choices.

  • Prevent Corporate Salvage of New Tech in Chapter 3
  • Destroy the Special Forces Craft in Chapter 3
  • Complete Ambush the Vespers in Chapter 4
  • Destroy “Cinder” Carla in Chapter 5
  • Destroy the Block Drive in Chapter 5
  • Bring Down the Xylem in Chapter 5

How to Get the True Ending in Armored Core 6 (Alea Iacta Est Ending)

Achieving the Alea Iacta Est ending involves completing Armored Core 6 twice, witnessing both the good and bad endings, and initiating a New Game Plus Plus (NG++) playthrough. Follow this step-by-step walkthrough for the true ending:

  • Choose “Accept” during “Attack the Dam Complex” in Chapter 1.
  • Complete “Escort the Weaponized Mining Ship” in Chapter 1.
  • Complete “Prevent Corporate Salvage of New Tech” in Chapter 3.
  • Complete “Eliminate the Enforcement Squads” in Chapter 3.
  • Complete “Coral Export Denial” in Chapter 3.
  • Complete “Eliminate V.III” in Chapter 4.
  • Complete “MIA,” “Regain Control of the Xylem,” and “Coral Release” in Chapter 5.

Depending on the options you choose and the ending you receive, you’ll be facing off against one final enemy. This does change per route that you choose, so be sure that you’re thinking ahead on whether you’d rather be known as the Savior of Rubicon or the man who sold the world. Each battle is intense and will require you to be on your best skill set.
