Stardew Valley will have you going through the different seasons and planting and harvesting crops accordingly. Crops that do well in the winter might not be good for the Summer and so on. So it’s important to know when you want to plant something that will give you the most bang for your buck. Here are the best spring crops to grow in Stardew Valley.

Best Spring Crops in Stardew Valley

The best and most simple answer to this is Strawberries. While Spring is a little bit of a preparation season, you can still make quite a lot of cash during it. Strawberries regrow every four days making them an excellent crop to grow in the spring.

They can sell anywhere from 120 to 240 gold, and can be purchased from Pierre at the Egg Festival. It will cost you 100 gold to purchase the Strawberries to plant. It’s a simple and effective way to earn cash throughout the spring season.

Strawberries aren’t the only great crop to plant during the season though. Here’s a list of a few others we recommend picking up.

  • Rhubarb: Obtained from the Oasis Store in Calico Desert – Sells for 220-400 Gold. (13 days to harvest)
  • Cauliflower: Obtained from Pierre’s Store or Jojamart – Sells for 170-350 Gold. (12 days to harvest)
  • Green Beans: Obtained from Pierre’s Store of Jojamart – Sells for 40-80 Gold. (3 days to harvest, regrow on their own)
  • Kale: Obtained from Pierre’s Store or Jojamart – Sells for 100-220 Gold. (6 days to harvest)
