Aaron Rodgers
Rodgers is easily the best quarterback in Madden Ultimate Team. He works well with any scheme you want to go with, but for optimal results, try to fit him into a West Coast scheme if you can. The only slight issue you might come across with Rodgers is that finding receivers to go well with his power and accuracy can be a small challenge. Make sure you get some good players to go along with him, but either way, Rodgers should be an instant selection if you’re looking for the best.
Cam Newton
Cam Newton is second only to Aaron Rodgers when it comes to the best QBs in MUT. He isn’t the fastest quarterback in MUT, but his size and power more than make up for that small shortcoming. You will have a hard time going wrong with this choice, but if you can’t get him there are quite a few others that will work almost as well.
Tom Brady
If you’re looking to toss Hail Mary after Hail Mary, Brady isn’t the best option, but he still has an arm for the long ball when it’s needed. To make the most of Tom Brady on your MUT squad, you want to focus on short passes. As long as you play to his strengths, Brady will almost never miss a pass.
Ben Roethlisberger
While Tom Brady isn’t ideal for focusing on Hail Mary passes, Ben Roethlisberger is exactly the opposite. If you like to look way down field and go for the big plays, Roethlisberger is the QB for you. Big Ben is easily one of the best QBs when passing from the pocket as you wait for your receivers to get open. You shouldn’t have much issue going with Roethlisberger as your QB of choice.
Russell Wilson
If Ben Roethlisberger is ideal for passing from the pocket, Russell Wilson is the exact opposite. While he’s one of the fastest quarterbacks available, he does poorly when passing from the pocket. If you’re having trouble dealing with the blitz, Wilson should be your go-to QB in MUT. He also has great power and intelligence to make for a well-rounded QB.
