Elden Ring players can get the Death Knight armor set in the Darklight Catacombs, a new location in the Shadow Of The Erdtree DLC. Players can get there by traveling down the river after finding the hidden coffin within Shadow Keep.

The armor set is within the Catacombs, so players do not have to complete the entire dungeon to get it. The dungeon has multiple elevators and requires players to pull levers to turn the lights on. Otherwise, players will be fumbling around in the dark.

Once players pull the lever that turns on the lights for a second time, jump down from the ledge onto the stairs. Go up the stairs to see a piece of the railing broken off and a slight ledge underneath. Fall down to the ledge, hug the wall, and go into the room on the left to find the armor set on corpse near the edge..

Best Death Knight Build in Elden Ring

Players who want the Death Knight build will need high stats to accommodate it. Players will need at least 40 Endurance, 40 Strength, 60 Dexterity, and 40 Faith. Vigor should also be around 50 to 60, while Mind can have a few points if possible. Here is the full Death Knight equipment build.

  • Death Knight’s Twin Axes – Right Hand Armament
  • Any Sacred Seal weapon – Left Hand Armament
  • Death Knight Helm, Armor, Gauntlets, Greaves
  • Millicent’s Prosthesis
  • Ritual Sword Talisman
  • Rotten Winged Sword Insignia
  • Shard of Alexander
  • Flask of Wondrous Physick
    • Lightning-Shrouding Cracked Tear
    • Thorny Cracked Tear
  • Golden Vow Incantation
  • Howl of Shabriri Incantation

Players will be essentially loading up on as many stat increases as possible before the fight even begins. The talismans raise attack power for multiple hits and skills, while both incantations and created Physick Flask do the same.

Before the fight, cast both Incantations and drink the Flask. Then, swing wildly with a few dodges until the enemy in front of you is dead. Be mindful of your stamina bar since it is easy to get carried away and leave yourself open with no stamina.
