Say goodbye to Blood Harvests and get familiar with demonic robots within the Arcane Tremors of Diablo 4. Season 3 gives us another activity to grind if you want to face off against the latest end-game boss and can explain how the whole process works.
What are Arcane Tremors in Diablo 4?
Arcane Tremors are zone activities that take place across all five regions of Sanctuary during the Season of the Construct. These activities are filled with demons and Constructs, the basis for the Season 3 theme. But each Tremor location is much more than an area to farm easy XP and some additional gear.
The goal in Arcane Tremors is to open Obelisks to claim the Elemental Cores inside. Obelisks are protected by elemental traps that you can easily avoid. Getting hit by surrounding enemies is more frustrating than the trap itself, so clear out anything that can launch damage at you within the area.
Once you have at least three Elemental Cores, you can approach a Brazier. Like the Obelisks, these have different elements, but they aren’t traps. Instead, you use the cores and at least 250 Shattered Stone to summon a fight with a Herald of Malphas. These demons will drop Governing Stones and loot at any World Tier. And once you reach World Tier 4, they begin to drop Igneous Cores.
Farming for Igneous Cores is the ultimate goal for Season 3 in Diablo 4. Collecting at least seven Igneous Cores allows you to reach the Echo of Malphas in the Vault of the Loom. If you can take him down, you have a chance to earn some of the Unique Tuning Stones. That’s the peak of your Arcane Tremor journey.
Don’t head into the Vault of the Loom without preparing for the Keeper of the Vaults ahead.
