Animal Crossing: New Horizons is the newest entry in the fan-favorite Nintendo franchise and is bringing a wide variety of features for players to experience and enjoy. One of these features for the high-profile title is the NookLink. Fortunately, we have everything you need to know about this NookLink feature covered for you.

This NookLink feature is a part of the Nintendo Switch Online app. It allows players to scan custom design QR code patterns from previous entries in the franchise with your smartphone. Once you have scanned these custom design QR code patterns from these two games, you can then download them and use them in the newest entry in the franchise.

However, this is not all that this particular feature allows players to do in the title. It also gives players the ability to talk with their Nintendo Switch friends who are online via the Nintendo Switch Online smartphone app as a keyboard or through the feature’s keyboard. 

NookLink will officially launch in March 2020 soon after the title releases to the public on March 20th, 2020. There is no doubt that there will be plenty of players who take full advantage of this feature and use it to create some fantastic memories with their loved ones.
