The South Park collaboration has landed in Fortnite, bringing loads of fun and highly chaotic new items you can find around the island. Many of them are rather rare, though, so you may be interested in learning what weapons and loot are actually available to find.

The base loot pool is always massive on its own, but once collaboration items get thrown into the mix, it truly feels colossal, making it tough to find many of the items you might want to use. It’s a bit easier if you know what you’re looking for, so here are all South Park weapons and loot in Fortnite.

Stick of Truth

The Stick of Truth is a powerful Mythic item that can be obtained from a special Rift Anomaly event. When acquired, it can be used to move the storm circle to a desired location. It’s a single-use item with a whole lot of power, which is likely why it’s also quite difficult to get the Stick of Truth.

Kenny’s Respawn Token

Defy death with the ultra-useful Kenny’s Respawn Token item. This special Medallion can be obtained by playing the Chaosblast minigame at Cartmanland. Once acquired, the next instance of death, whether it be from another player, a deadly fall, or another means altogether, is prevented.

Instead of dying, you’ll be grabbed by some strange tentacles that pop out of a purple portal over your head. They’ll pull you up into the sky and drop you from it with your health restored to 100, like you just dropped out of the battle bus.

Cheesy Poofs

Cheesy Poofs are a multifunctional item with quite a few possible uses, making them an excellent item to carry in your inventory. You can consume them, even while sprinting, to quickly restore your own health, toss them at allies to replenish some of their health, and even chuck them at enemies to deal some damage.

This item can randomly be found when looting anywhere on the island. You may come across it as floor loot, when opening chests, or while otherwise exploring the island, so be on the lookout for it at all times to ensure you can add it to your inventory whenever it’s possible to do so.

Cartmanland POI

Although not actually a weapon or loot item, the Cartmanland POI is a crucial spot to visit for most collaboration items, making it a spot worth including here. This location replaced Wonkeeland near the northwest corner region on the map. It’s a theme park completely covered in South Park memorabilia, so if you’re a fan of the show or hoping to get your hands on some goodies from it, this is the place to go.

There are no other South Park-themed weapons and loot available to find around the island outside of these ones. However, there are loads of quests you can tackle to claim some nice free collaboration cosmetics, like gathering Memberberries and using Flushers in different matches.
