All Persona 3 Reload URLs and What They Do, Listed
Once you’ve gathered enough Charm to visit Club Escapade, you’ll find a shifty man sitting in the corner. His wares of choice? Weird URLs, which will give you a variety of strange boons.
We’ve listed each URL below in the order they’re released based on the calendar year, starting with Iwatodai Forum Note. Occasionally, you’ll get a text message from the vendor letting you know new URLs are available, but it’s better to check after each new block in Tartarus yourself. Some of these URLs, like School X Site Note, are necessary to complete Elizabeth’s Requests. Whereas others, like Iwatodai Forum Note, will just help complete a request, but it isn’t necessary.

How to Use URL Notes
To use URLs like the Iwatodai Forum Note you purchased, you’ll need to access the shared computer on the ground floor of the Iwatodai Dormitory. It’ll become available on April 29th, and using the computer will take up an evening. Once you’re on the computer, you must select the URL you want to use. The benefits the URLs unlock should then become immediately available.
Where to Find the URL Seller in P3R
To find the URL vendor, head to Club Escape in Paulownia Mall. You can only enter the club at night once you’ve managed to get your Courage Social Stat up to the second tier: Ordinary. The fastest way to increase your Courage and gain access to the URL Seller is to spend your nights eating at Wilduck Burger, but you can also choose to sleep in class and work at the cafe to get that extra little bump in Courage that you need.
Once you’re inside Club Escapade, head to the far back right to find our Suspicious Man. He’s not too difficult to spot, looking a little out of place at a table with his laptop. You need only talk to him to purchase some URLs. New URLs will become available to purchase over time, but he should at least start you off with the Iwatodai Forum Note and School X Site Note.
How to Beat the Wild Duck Challenge to Increase Courage Fast
You can beat the Wild Duck Challenge by taking the Big Eater challenge. Completing this will give you a special burger at the Wilduck restaurant, which will give you an extra point in courage. The limited Weekend Wild Duck set costs about 200 yen more but is well worth it if you want to raise your social stats fast.
