All Path of Exile 2 Boss Loot Tables | Boss Loot Guide

Get those Divine Orbs ready.

Path of Exile 2 puts a lot of pressure on players when fighting pinnacle bosses. Not only are they hard, but you’ll also “lose” some currency when attempting a fight. Even if you win, you might lose some currency if you don’t get the chase item. This is why knowing all the items a boss may drop (and at what difficulty) is important. Here’s a complete list of all the drops for each boss in Path of Exile 2’s endgame.

Chase items – what the players generally want as a drop, regardless of whether they need them or not. They go for a lot of currency when sold, so it doesn’t matter if they can’t use them.

Xesht, We Are One, is an interesting boss because there are two to three chase items. Content creators have popularized the Hand of Wisdom and Action for some strong Invoker and Deadeye builds. It also has a decent drop chance for such a powerful item.

However, most players look for the Controlled Metamorphosis with the “affects passive in massive ring” affix.

Expedition Boss – Olroth, Origin of the Fall

Item or UniqueDifficulty Needed to DropDrop Chance
Keeper of the ArcLogbook area level 79+High
OlrovasaraLogbook area level 79+High
SvalinnLogbook area level 79+Low
Heroic TragedyLogbook area level 79+Low
Olroth’s ResolveLogbook area level 79+Low

Olroth’s Resolve is one of the most expensive items in Path of Exile 2. It is just a flask, but it offers amazing character power without sacrificing anything.

Aside from Olroth’s Resolve, Heroic Tragedy is one of the most expensive jewels in the game, making Olroth, Origin of the Fall, a very lucrative boss to farm. However, the drop chances are low for these items, and these Expedition Logbooks also get so expensive that you might just want to sell them instead of running the boss.

Ritual Boss – King in the Mists

Item or UniqueDifficulty Needed to DropDrop Chance
BeetlebiteAnyHigh
IngenuityAnyMedium (?)
The Burden of ShadowsAnyHigh
PragmatismDifficulty 2 or aboveMedium
From NothingDifficulty 4Low

The Ingenuity Belt has a decent drop chance and is also a unique chase item. Since the belt has one affix with a massive variance on its rolls, players must hit the jackpot by hitting close to max roll (40%-80%). Nevertheless, even without hitting a decent roll, they could still go for some currency for corruption shenanigans.

From Nothing is also a good chase item, but it has to have the right passive skill affix roll to be valuable.

Atlas Boss – The Arbiter of Ash

Item or UniqueDifficulty Needed to DropDrop Chance
Ab AeternoAnyHigh
Morior InvictusAnyHigh
Sine AequoAnyHigh
Solus IpseAnyHigh
Prism of BeliefDifficulty 4Medium
Sacred FlameDifficulty 4Low

The Artiber of Ash is one of the most slot machine-like bosses regarding drops. Prism of Belief is a massive chase item for players, but it needs to hit +3 on the correct player skills. It isn’t good if you get a +1 on a popular skill. If you get a +3 on an unusable skill, it is still bad. You want to hit a +2 or +3 on the most popular skills players use to get huge value, and there is almost no in-between.

Apart from the Prism of Belief, players also chase the Morior Invictus with several possible affixes. Players look for Maximum Mana or All Resistance rolls, but there are some “decent” alternatives depending on the current meta.

Trial of the Sekhemas – Zarokh, the Temporal

Item or UniqueRelic Needed
The Burden of Leadership Tapestry RelicSekhema’s Resolve
The Changing Seasons Seal RelicSandstorm Visage
The Last Flame Incense RelicTemporalis
The Desperate Alliance Vase RelicAgainst the Darkness
The Remembered Tales Coffer RelicBlessed Bonds

These drops depend on the Relic you use, so farming Zarokh, the Temporal, differs greatly from the other bosses. You must farm the Relics by running a Trial of the Sekhemas, which is time-consuming. You can also buy the Relics, but it’ll basically cost a fortune since they are loosely priced on the value of the item it rewards already.

Temporalis and Against the Darkness are the most sought-after items here.

Trial of Chaos – The Trialmaster

Item or Unique
The Adorned
Glimpse of Chaos
Hateforge
Mahuxotl’s Machination
Zerphi’s Genesis

The Trial of Chaos is almost identical to the Trial of Sekhemas, but you don’t need Relics to get your drops. You need to reach and complete the end of the trial to get a chance at those items above.

Simulacrum – Kosis and Omniphobia

Item or UniqueDifficulty Needed to DropDrop Chance
AssailumAnyHigh
PerfidyAnyMedium
Melting MaelstromAnyLow
StrugglescreamDifficulty 2 and above*Low
Collapsing HorizonDifficulty 2 and above*Low
MegalomaniacDifficulty 4Very Low

The Simulacrum is a 15-wave encounter and isn’t necessarily a boss fight. However, Kosis and Omniphobia may spawn near the end of the waves and have a chance to drop the unique items.

These drop from defeating Kosis, and you want to reach the last wave as much as possible so you can fight Kosis more than once in a single encounter.

Players look for the Melting Maelstrom mana flask since it is basically a free effect for your character. All the other items are bad. However, the Megalomaniac is also a huge slot machine, similar to the Prism of Belief, but much harder to get the perfect combination. It can roll three random notable passive skills. Just by looking at how massive the skill tree is in the game, you can see how it is extremely unlikely to hit three passive skills that are “useful” to any popular class or build.
