Like the Leaf Stone, there’s only one Pokemon that requires a Moon Stone to evolve in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. This number will no doubt change once Pokemon HOME integration is added but regardless, it’s still the only evolution that needs it in the Paldean Pokedex.

How to Get a Moon Stone in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

Because there’s just one Paldean Pokedex evolution that uses a Moon Stone, you obviously only need one so you don’t need to worry about traveling all over the region trying to get ahold of more.

You can find Moon Stones randomly on Glaseado Mountain, or in Area Zero if you’re that far along in the main story. Look for sparkling spots on the ground in those two areas and interact with them until you finally get your hands on one. It might take a while – good luck!
