All Sun Stone Evolution Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

Here comes the sun, doo doo doo doo.

Evolution Stones do exactly what they say on the tin: evolve certain Pokemon. They were first introduced in Gen 1 and the Paldea region continues on the evolutionary tradition all the way into Gen 9. One such Evolution Stone is the Sun Stone, and here’s a list of every Pokemon that evolves using one in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.

Every time someone mentions the sun, we get The Beatles’ song stuck in our head. And now you’ve probably got it in yours too – sorry. But anyway, there aren’t many Pokemon that require a Sun Stone to evolve in Paldea so you won’t need to go out of your way to get ahold of a bunch of them.

How to Get Sun Stones in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

Finding Sun Stones isn’t that difficult, especially if you’re taking on the Victory Road Gym path. During the Artazon Gym Test, Sunflora will drop one or two after you battle them so make sure you scoop them up.

If you’ve already done the Gym Test and somehow didn’t get one, you can find Sun Stones in the Asado Desert. They are a rare spawn though so just keep interacting with every sparkly spot you see and you’ll get one eventually. Good luck!
