While hordes of zombies are sure to keep you busy in Resident Evil Requiem, there are still plenty of collectibles to incentivize you to explore as well. One type of collectible that will require the most thorough digging on your end is Files. They’re definitely worth it in the end, to help give you the full story.

With that said, here’s how and where to find all files in Resident Evil Requiem. Hope you’ve got enough room in your attache case (just kidding).
What are Files in Resident Evil Requiem?
Files are one of the game’s many collectibles, and they’re your source of lore that you don’t otherwise get during cutscenes. However, they can also give very important hints for things like locked safes and puzzle codes.
There are several dozen of them scattered throughout the game’s many levels, and finding them all requires a keen eye and patience to explore. However, if you don’t find them all in your first playthrough, your progress will carry over to any subsequent playthroughs.
All File Locations in Resident Evil Requiem
Below is a comprehensive list of all Files and their locations in Resident Evil Requiem. Note that most files in the game aren’t physically picked up and will remain in their designated spawn location after you view them. However, a copy will be added to the Files section of your Inventory menu, where you can view it whenever needed (such as for completing certain puzzles).
There are 75 Files total in the game, and just like with other collectibles, such as the Mr. Raccoon bobbleheads, these can be collected over the course of multiple playthroughs. Once you’ve found them all, you’ll unlock the Case Closed trophy/achievement (as well as the respective Challenge).
