All BSAA Container Locations in Resident Evil Requiem
The BSAA may be gone, but their troves of loot remain.
Even in Resident Evil Requiem, one way or another, it seems like all roads lead back to Raccoon City for Leon Kennedy. This section of the game is full of areas to explore and, of course, valuable loot to scrounge up.
One source of loot that you definitely don’t want to overlook is the BSAA Containers scattered around the streets of the city. However, it’s not simply just a matter of walking up and opening any you find. Here’s where to find all the BSAA Containers in Resident Evil Requiem and how to open them.
How to Open BSAA Containers in Resident Evil Requiem

You may notice that the BSAA Containers you encounter during your travels through a decimated Raccoon City are, for the most part, locked up tight and need a key to open them (not a lockpick or Leon’s hatchet). Specifically, it’s the BSAA Container Key that you need.
After you make the trek through the Cedarbrook Apartments and come out on the other side, a cutscene will reveal the fate of the BSAA agents who returned to Raccoon City to investigate something known as ARK. As Leon searches them, he’ll find the BSAA Container Key, and conveniently, you can get right into the open container nearby.
All BSAA Container Locations in Resident Evil Requiem
There’s a total of four BSAA Containers to find in Resident Evil Requiem, and they’re all found in different areas of Raccoon City (or what’s left of it). Along with what you find inside each of them, tracking down and opening all four containers also rewards you with the Crate Expectations trophy/achievement, and you’ll also complete the respective Crate Expectations challenge.
With that, here are the locations for each container (or crate).
BSAA Container 1 – Cedarbrook Apartments (Exit)

This particular container is first on the list because, while it’s already open and technically doesn’t count towards the trophy/achievement, it’s where you need to get the BSAA Container Key to open the other containers. It’s also part of the main story, so you can’t miss it either way (aside from finding your way there through the maze that is Raccoon City).
As mentioned previously, you’ll encounter it after exiting the Cedarbrook Apartments in East Raccoon City. After getting the key, you can run into the container and grab a Med Injector along with a File that reveals the contents of the other containers in the area.
BSAA Container 2 – Central Camp

This BSAA Container is another main story requirement (since the bike you need to get to Central Raccoon City is inside it), but it still counts towards the trophy/achievement. You’ll find it at the Central Camp to the right of the main tent.
Initially, this container will be locked, and it’ll be some time before you can open it, as you’ll be traversing this entire region of the city, taking care of other objectives before you get back to the camp. Once you do, open the container, and inside is a motorcycle that Leon can use to travel to the center of the city for the next leg of the story.
BSAA Container 3 – Gas Station

You’ll find this container just past the Gas Station (where you gather fuel for the generators around the area), among some wreckage near an underpass. To reach it, climb and cross the debris around the container, and then drop down in front of it.
When you open it, beware as some zombies will be waiting for you inside. Take them out in whatever way you see fit, then go inside the container and open the large crate in the back. Inside is the semi-automatic Marksman 1A Sniper Rifle, along with some Rifle Bullets.
BSAA Container 4 – Applegate Hotel

To reach this last BSAA Container (though you may have stumbled across it earlier), you need to navigate the underground Ridgewood Station. When you come out on the other side, immediately turn left from the subway stairwell, and you should see Cafe Oasis and Applegate Hotel nearby.
The container itself is on the street near a wrecked bus. As you approach it, however, some strong zombies will ambush you from all sides ahead, so don’t just rush in. Some are armed with spears, so keep your distance and take them out (one will turn into a Blister Head if you’re not quick enough).
Once the coast is clear, use the key to open the container, and inside you’ll find the BSAA Emblem Charm (exclusive for sniper rifles) and a Legendary Tracking Module, which nets you a hefty sum of credits to use back at Central Camp.
After opening all containers, the Crate Expectations trophy/achievement should pop on your screen, and you can also redeem the respective challenge objective in your Challenges menu for CP.
