Honkai: Star Rail characters are all charming and unique in their own ways, so the most logical thing a player can do is to forfeit all of their mortal possessions to them. Just kidding, but the intrusive thought remains. Some of them are only available through limited banners during special events, so keep your eyes open for the next ones so you won’t need to wait months before they’re back. Here are all the current ever banners in Honkai: Star Rail right now.

How Event Banners Work on Honkai Star Rail
Event Banners work similarly to the Regular Warp banner. You’re guaranteed to get at least one 4-star character every 10 warps and at least one 5-star every 90. The difference is that whenever you get a 4 or a 5-star, you have a 50% chance of them being one of the featured characters, making Event Banners effectively better to get specific characters. If your new character wasn’t a featured one, the next same-rarity drop you get is guaranteed to be one of the featured ones.
This doesn’t mean that you only get a 4-star every 10 warps or a 5-star every 90. The base rates are:
- 5-star: 0.6%
- Consolidated chance: 1.6%
- 4-star: 5.1%
- Consolidated chance: 13%
In other words, your base chance of getting a 5-star in a single warp is 0.6%, while the average in 90 warps is 1.6%. Same thing with different values for 4-stars. Warping count carries over through banners, as well as your 100% chance of getting a featured character if you didn’t get them at first.
Light Cone banners work just the same, except you have a 75% chance of getting a featured item instead of 50. The rates are:
- 5-star: 0.8%
- Consolidated chance: 1.87%
- 4-star: 6.6%
- Consolidated chance: 14.8%
Remember that when getting a non-guaranteed 4-star, you have a 50% chance (calculated after those initial 50%/75%) to get either a random character or Light Cone. So no, you weren’t scammed if you got a random weapon on the character banner or vice-versa, it just happens sometimes. The next one is guaranteed to be a featured one. Oh, and that doesn’t apply to 5-stars, so don’t worry.
