According to Xbox, “We’ve received word that a subset of users may be unable to push the installation of newly purchased games to their Xbox One console. We are aware of the issue and are looking into it.” According to the official support website, here is the current status of all networks at the time this article was written:
- Purchase and Content Usage – Not Functional
- Xbox Live Core Services – Functional
- TV, Music, and Video – Functional
- Social and Gaming – Functional
- Website – Functional
With the issues affecting one part of the services, a fix should be imminent and we will update this article when that’s implemented.
