Feel free to explore this area as thoroughly as you want. There’s no opposition here. Once you’re ready, your first task is to find the Project Whisper folder. Head to the second level of the compound and talk to Klaus and Max. Klaus will tell you to check Caroline’s room on the first floor, but don’t bother.

Once the conversation is over, head to the next room and you’ll see the folder inside the wall. Turns out Max hid it there. Next, find a room on the second floor that has a desk with a bike wheel on it. Grab the crowbar off the ground and head back to Max’s room to retrieve the folder. Head back downstairs to Caroline and end the chapter.
