This week officially marks the beginning of the holiday shopping season; we still can’t believe stores will open on Thanksgiving. That said, lots of consumers will attempt to track down hard-to-find video game consoles, and Nintendo wants them to know the Wii U represents the most value for their money.
The publisher released an image promoting the $299 Mario bundle. With it, you get the Deluxe system that comes with 32GB of storage and a GamePad charging cradle. In addition, you’ll receive two enjoyable games: New Super Mario Bros. U and New Super Luigi U.
Nintendo goes on to mention Wii U features, like Nintendo TVii for free, off TV play, Wii compatibility, GamePad remote control functionality and MiiVerse. Of course, there are plenty of highly rated games to choose from, including Super Mario 3D World (check out the free walkthrough), Pikmin 3 and The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD.
Considering what you get in that $299 package, the Wii U definitely looks enticing this year. On that note, do you plan to buy or ask for one?
