Vergil Joins the DMC: Devil May Cry Party
Capcom also made its way into Gamescom and brought with it a few announcements, as well as a new trailer for Devil May Cry!
Capcom had a pretty good press conference prior to GamesCom this year, talking about Resident Evil 6 and its upcoming IP Remember Me. However, one jarring surprise that players probably weren’t expecting from the upcoming DMC: Devil May Cry reboot was the return of an old face. Is that you, Vergil? Indeed it is.
Introduced in the trailer below, Vergil plays a crucial part in this new story, leading an Order that supposedly lends a hand to Dante, but may or may not have some dangerous tie-ins all its own. As you can see, he has a new look as well, but is just as dangerous as his brother when it comes to using his sword.
