2013 is already shaping up for the folks at Ubisoft, between the promise of a new Rainbow Six title (which is likely coming later in the year) and Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Blacklist. But now another title seems to be joining the line-up, and it’s none other than the recently revealed Watch Dogs.
The game, which enables you to use technology to your advantage while you try and fight back against corrupt forces, is slated to drop sometime in 2013. Said CEO Yves Guillemot during a conference call, “Watch Dogs will be coming next year.”
As for the platforms that the game will come out for, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 are being planned “for sure”, and it’s definitely coming to PC, as that’s the platform that was featured with the demo. As for Wii U, it’s an option, but nothing has been confirmed just yet. We may hear more on that in the months ahead.
We’ll have a preview of Watch Dogs for you very soon!
