We’ve seen presentations from the likes of Sony and Microsoft as well as what to expect on PC in the future. That said, Ubisoft Forward is just around the corner and the studio has provided a teaser trailer to get fans hyped.

With the cancellation of in-person events due to the ongoing pandemic, video game companies have been trying to find the best way to go about holding digital showcases to provide fans with something to look forward to. We’ve seen presentations from the likes of Sony and Microsoft as well as what to expect on PC in the future. That said, Ubisoft Forward is just around the corner and the studio has provided a teaser trailer to get fans hyped.

Taking to Twitter, Ubisoft revealed the 20-second trailer for fans to enjoy. Throughout the video, we can catch glimpses of some of the studio’s major titles, including the highly anticipated Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, recently-revealed battle royale title Hyper Scape, and Watch Dogs Legion. Check out the teaser for yourself below to get excited for the July 12th showcase:

Of course, the three games shown in the trailer are not likely to be the only ones highlighted during the showcase. It has been quite some time since we’ve seen anything about Skull & Bones, which has been delayed but “is not dead.” Also on the receiving end of a delay is open-world adventure game Gods & Monsters. Each of these titles were delayed before the COVID-19 pandemic, which surely did not help with the release of either of them, but we can always hope that we’ll learn more about them during the showcase.

That brings us to Far Cry 6, which has yet to be officially announced. Rumors and reports have been flying everywhere regarding the next installment in the Far Cry series, the latest of which points to Breaking Bad’s Giancarlo Esposito playing a role in the game. If Ubisoft has plans to announce Far Cry 6 at any point in the near future, it will likely be during the Ubisoft Forward presentation.

Ubisoft Forward is set to take place on July 12th at 12pm Pacific Time. It’s unknown what to expect during the showcase outside of the three titles shown in the teaser trailer, so it’s anyone’s guess at this point. Who knows, we might even see something about the free-to-play Roller Champions, which is currently in development for Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
