Capcom has revealed its plans to bring to bring Street Fighter x Tekken to mobile platforms.

It’ll arrive on iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad this summer.
The publisher claims the game is similar to Street Fighter 4 Volt, but with tag mechanics and a healthy dose of juggling”. The title is similar to the console version though obviously has had a “complete redesign” of the controls and UI in order to work with mobile devices. The game will feature brand new modes and a “new take” on the tag team mechanic seen in the console edition.
You’ll need iOS 5 or higher to run the game, which renders it playable on iPhone 4/4S, iPod Touch 4th gen or later and the iPAd 2 or later.
