Street Fighter x Mega Man, a project that initially started as a fan-made game by Singapore gamer Seow Zong Hui, is officially releasing through Capcom’s Unity site (http://www.capcom-unity.com) on December 17th.  The full length action game takes the legendary Blue Bomber on his most challenging journey yet, as he travels through Street Fighter inspired worlds, only to come face to face with eight characters from the fighting game, super deformed for boss battles.

We’ve included the trailer here so you can soak in all the freebie goodness that awaits you.  It looks like a lot of fun, and quite challenging, which is the usual status quo for Mega Man games of this nature.  It’ll be offered as a free PC download, and word has it Capcom may consider a flash version as well.
