Rare has prided themselves on designing Sea of Thieves for a wide range of computers. Whether you’re running a 4K rig at 60FPS, or are getting by with something significantly less powerful, Sea of Thieves should still be satisfyingly playable either way.

“We want to deliver a great version of the game even for those with computers below our official minimum spec,” said Rare in an announcement today. “The game is perfectly playable at 540p, and one of the advantages of Xbox Play Anywhere is that if you own an Xbox One AND a low-spec laptop you can still take full advantage of it, and we absolutely encourage it!”

Sea of Thieves will launch on March 20, 2018 for Xbox One and Windows 10 PC.
