A Wild Red Dead Redemption 2 PC Listing Appears

by Liana Ruppert

It’s every PC gamer’s dream: Red Dead Redemption 2 with full mouse and keyboard support and mods as far as the eyes can see. There have been numerous leaks and rumors abound about a potential Red Dead Redemption 2 PC listing, though Rockstar Games has been quite mum about whether the port would happen or not. It’s been a hot minute since someone leaked a possible PC version, this time the intel comes from a quickly taken-down LinkedIn listing.

Nam Ma was a part of the Rockstar team for 6 years as a programmer and one keen-eyed Redditor found that Ma had work for a PC port of Red Dead Redemption 2 as part of their portfolio. It has since been taken down, but what’s on the internet lives forever thanks to Reddit:

This isn’t the first leak and it won’t be the last, so really Rockstar should just cave and make the announcement already because it’s time. We’ve waited long enough.

As for the game itself, Red Dead Redemption 2 is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. For more about the game itself in order to make sure those PCs are in tip-top shape:

“After a robbery goes badly wrong in the western town of Blackwater, Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang are forced to flee. With federal agents and the best bounty hunters in the nation massing on their heels, the gang must rob, steal and fight their way across the rugged heartland of America in order to survive. As deepening internal divisions threaten to tear the gang apart, Arthur must make a choice between his own ideals and loyalty to the gang who raised him.”
