The PlayStation Plus Instant Game Collection continues to expand this week with the addition of a key game for PS Vita – the beautiful platformer Rayman Origins.
Ubisoft’s critically acclaimed title, which was one of the highlights of the system’s launch in March 2012, will become available starting tomorrow free-of-charge to Vita owners, allowing them to experience every level and secret without paying a dime.
In addition, several discounts are set to kick off. Playdead Games’ beautiful Limbo will be marked down to $11.99, a three dollar savings; Team 17’s spirited battle game Worms Revolution will have its price slashed in half, down to $7.50; and the upcoming survival/horror game Lone Survivor: The Director’s Cut, which releases tomorrow, can be yours for the lower price of $11.69, down from the $12.99 selling point. That game is cross compatible between the PS Vita and PlayStation 3.
On a side note, Resident Evil Chronicles HD Collection, the duo of first-person shooters for PlayStation 3, will leave the service October 1st, so download it while you can.
