Puyo Puyo Tetris Confirmed for PC in February

Today, SEGA confirmed that Sonic Team’s colorful puzzle mashup Puyo Puyo Tetris will be released on Steam for PC later this month. Puyo Puyo Tetris will make its PC debut on Tuesday, February 27, 2018, and pre-orders are available now on Steam. Fans who pre-order Puyo Puyo Tetris on Steam or through approved SEGA digital retailers will receive a 10% discount as well as exclusive avatars and wallpapers featuring memorable characters from both Puyo Puyo and Tetris. 

As the name implies, Puyo Puyo Tetris is a puzzle game crossover that combines the stacking gameplay of both the Puyo Puyo and Tetris game franchises into a single fast-paced party game. Puyo Puyo Tetris has been a hit on consoles since its international debut on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in 2017. 

Puyo Puyo Tetris features a number of different single and multiplayer game modes, including Adventure, Multiplayer Arcade, Versus, Swap, Fusion, Big Bang, Puzzle League, and more. The PC version of Puyo Puyo Tetris will boast its own exclusive features as well, such as scalable resolutions and customizable controls. As an added bonus, players who buy the new PC version of Puyo Puyo Tetris will get to experience the original Japanese voiceovers for the first time in the West.
