Pokemon Go Mudkip July Community Day Swampert Reward Revealed

Pokemon Go players will be able to receive a unique Swampert during the July Community Day festivities.

The Pokemon Go July Community Day will be taking place this weekend, and it will be featuring the fan-favorite Pokemon of Mudkip. However, Niantic revealed on Thursday, July 18th that the more evolved form of Mudkip in Swampert will also be playing a major role in the Pokemon Go July Community Day activities.

Taking to the official Pokemon Go Twitter account, Niantic officially revealed that players who are able to evolve a Marshstomp will receive a Swampert that knows the Pokemon Go July Community Day exclusive move of Hydro Cannon. Players will have up to one hour following the conclusion of the event to evolve their Marshstomp and acquire the Hydro Cannon knowing Swampert for their collection. 

In addition to the ability to earn a Hydro Cannon knowing Swampert, participants of the Pokemon Go July Community Day will also have highly increased 25/1 odds of finding a shiny Mudkip during the event. 

Pokemon Go’s July Community Day takes place on Sunday, July 21st from 4 to 7 PM local time.
