Earlier this year, Sony introduced an Indie Games category to its PlayStation page, assuring up-and-coming developers they were welcome in its world. Today it extended its reach even further by announcing that Indie Games is available on the PlayStation Vita.

This allows such titles as Limbo, Guacamelee!, Sound Shapes, Machinarium, Thomas Was Alone and the recently released Hotline Miami to find an even bigger audience, as users can seek out their favorites without going through countless menus. Other upcoming games will soon join the party, including Spelunky, Terraria, Flower, Luftrausers, Hohokum and Counter-Spy.
