Palworld Reveals Upcoming Pal Arena PVP Mode for 2024

1v1 me, pal.

During today’s Triple-I Initiative Showcase, numerous upcoming titles were revealed, including additional content for currently-released games. One of those reveals was the teaser trailer for the upcoming PVP Arena in Palworld known as the Pal Arena.

Though the teaser was only 15 seconds in duration, what it presented was something Palworld players have been anticipating since the game’s initial release in January – a PVP mode. From the trailer, we can see two Pal trainers accompanied by three of their chosen Pals in what looks like a small-sized arena.

Players appear to be able to control their characters while their three Pals duke it out with the opponent’s chosen three. Trainers can attack their enemy’s Pals to help their team get an edge, but there are no signs that indicate being able to attack opposing Trainers themselves. Essentially, it’s a 1v1 with three NPC allies on each side.

At the time, there aren’t many details regarding the Pal Arena, like being able to swap Pals out mid-fight or larger-scale modes, but we expect Pocket Pair to disclose further information as the release date approaches.

The Pal Arena update in Palworld is scheduled for Summer 2024. Recently, Palworld introduced its first Raid Boss update with version 0.2.0.6.
