Capcom have stated that Japan will be getting a demo for new survival horror sequel Resident Evil 5 on December 5th, but over this side of the globe we’ll have to wait a little longer.

News comes from Capcom blog, which also reveals that the Japanese release has been moved forward to 5th March 2009, though we’re still stuck with the same eerie Friday 13th March, 2009 release date.
