MultiVersus “FestiVersus” Patch Notes: Happy Holidays, Buy More Skins

I wonder if Superman could eat 12,000 cookies in one sitting

Today marks the start of a new holiday event in MultiVersus, WB Games, and Player First Games’ scrappy new platform fighter. Following feedback from the Halloween event earlier this year, a few changes have been made for the holiday season. The event is called FestiVersus, and it’s another limited-time grindfest involving playing lots of matches and earning doodads to trade for rewards. Some other stuff happened, too, such as some non-seasonal new content and a few character adjustments. Here’s a quick rundown of the patch notes.

It’s time for snowball fights and goofy accessories as a new set of seasonal cosmetics is now available in MultiVersus. You’ll be collecting a ton of Holiday Cookies from playing the game and logging in, which you’ll be able to trade for a new Superman skin and some other winter cosmetics. Of course, a bunch of premium skins are also available, so check those out.

New Stuff

There’s a Game of Thrones map and some new profile cosmetics. Hooray. Also for the event, “Snowball Fight” is a mode in Silly Queue. Throwing snowballs turns opponents into snowmen and stuff like that. It’s a good time. Marvin the Martian’s Announcer Pack is out as well, a 300 Gleamium purchase that adds even more Eric Bauza to your MultiVersus experience.
