How to Solve MultiVersus Twitch Drops Not Working

If you have followed all the steps correctly to link your Warner Bros. Games account with your Twitch account but are still having trouble redeeming your rewards, then follow these steps to fix the MultiVersus Twitch drop issue:

  • Open the Twitch website and click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.
  • Go to Settings -> Connections. Here, look if you have your Twitch account connected with your Warner Bros. Games account.
  • If it is not connected, then go to the MultiVersus Twitch Drops website and sign in with your Warner Bros. Games account.
  • Afterward, click “Connect” to open a new window and sign in with your Twitch account.
  • Refresh the Twitch settings page, and the Warner Bros. Games account will show up in the list.

Now that you have correctly set up your Warner Bros. Games account with your Twitch account, make sure you tune into streams with MutliVersus drops enabled. The streamers will have put “Drops Enabled” in their stream title for the viewers to get the drops by watching their streams.

You can track your progress by going to your Twitch Inventory page. Here, you will see the rewards and will be able to claim them after some time. If the rewards do not show up in-game, restart it and check again.

There can also be an issue with the game servers that might not show your rewards in the game inventory. If that is the case, then you will have to wait for more information from the developers on fixing this issue. The game launched with many bugs and errors, but its developer team is working hard to overcome the issues. In the meantime, take a look at the multiple characters teased in the new trailer for MultiVersus.
