Microsoft Updates 320 GB Hard Drive With New Games

Bye bye, Lego Star Wars III. Hello, fast cards and 'splosions.

For the longest time, Microsoft was selling its stand-alone Xbox 360 S 320 GB hard drive with one included game, Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars.  It was a fairly good deal for $129.99, but it looks like the time has come to kind of sweeten the package.

Starting next month, users who pick up Microsoft’s hard drive will not have the glory of playing as Jedis, but instead have access to three new games.  Leading the pack is Electronic Arts’ fast paced racing game Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit, along with Twisted Pixel’s highly praised platforming sequel Ms. Splosion Man and Zen Studios’ awesome sim Pinball FX 2, with an unlocked Sorcerer’s Lair thrown in for good measure.

The price will continue to be the same, for $129.99, so if you’ve been looking for that hard drive upgrade for your new system, you won’t find a better time.
