LittleBigPlanet Karting Exclusively For PS3

Recently you saw our preview for LittleBigPlanet Karting, the latest project from ModNation Racers developer United Front Games who are working in collaboration with Media Molecule.  The game’s looking great thus far and fans everywhere will enjoy racing both online and off through the LBP universe.

If you were hoping that the game would be making the rounds on the PlayStation Vita, we’ve got some bad news.  Currently, LittleBigPlanet Karting is only in the works for the PlayStation 3, and there are no plans to bring it to the handheld anytime soon.

“We are concentrating 100 percent on making the PS3 version LittleBigPlanet Karting the very best it can be,” said game designer William Ho.

While it would’ve been nice to see a kart racer that could be taken online (ModNation Racers: Road Trip didn’t come with that option), we’ll just have to wait and see if this ends up making it to the portable sometime soon!
