We’ve been waiting a little while to see Sony’s new look for the PlayStation Store, which was supposed to go live last week but hit a bit of a snag due to technical issues. However, it looks like that’s a thing of the past as Sony has announced that the update has gone live.
The new update appears to cobble together content in a certain number of pages, whether you’re looking for games, movies, TV shows and apps. You can find them all with ease, check the status of your downloads, and redeem any codes you may have including PSN cards and the like. What’s more, special pages also point out certain franchises, like Resident Evil.
Most importantly, there’s a cool letter search engine that makes it a heck of a lot easier to find what you’re looking for, filtering out what you don’t want so you can get right down to tracking down that digital version of Madden NFL 13 or Borderlands 2 or whatever you’re looking for.
The update is free, so hop on and tell us what you think and feel free to pre-order us some LittleBigPlanet Karting as well!
