Many people have debated over whether or not The Last of Us should get a sequel, including the development team at Naughty Dog. The developers at Naughty Dog made it clear that they would not do a sequel to The Last of Us unless it was a story worth telling. They spent years toying with different ideas until they finally landed on something that felt special to the team. While very few details are available, we do know that the story in The Last of Us Part 2 revolves around an epic journey for the main characters.

There’s no confirmed release date for The Last of Us Part 2 just yet, but Naughty Dog has confirmed that the project is still in the very early days with the release date quite a ways off. More information will be available in the coming months, so stay tuned to Prima Games!
