The new Harry Potter: Wizards Unite mobile AR game definitely has a lot to offer fans of the magical franchise. From the creators of Pokemon GO, the latest Harry Potter adventure allows fans to walk around in the real world and interact with both new and familiar characters from the series while learning new spells, mastering their profession, and unlocking a story that unfolds with each encounter. That being said, that doesn’t mean the mobile game has been without flaw, though it looks like Niantic is addressing one of the biggest issues within the game: Spell Energy.

The news of change went live on Reddit courtesy of Niantic rep ‘Hpwu_fazes’ as they thanked players for all of their feedback and enjoying the game while also confirming that one of the biggest critiques is being addressed currently. For starters, new players will be given 50 Spell Energy when first starting out, double what was offered at launch. Greenhouses and Inns will also offer more SE as well in addition to more fruitful Daily Assignments and a reward increase in Scrolls and Spellbooks when it comes to the ‘Collect an Ingredient or Portmanteau’ objective.

This was a very good move on the dev team’s part and the reaction was immediate. Many players in the responding thread thanked the team for this change, even calling it a “godsend.”

Learn spells, see familiar faces, and so much more because Harry Potter: Wizards Unite is available now on iOS and Android devices.

For more about Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, according to the game’s official website: “Please resist the urge to panic. Traces of magic are appearing across the Muggle world without warning and in a rather chaotic manner. We worry it is only a matter of time before even the most incurious Muggles catch wind of it. We call on all witches and wizards to help contain the Calamity or risk the worst of times since You Know Who. Brush up on your spells, get your wand ready, and enlist immediately.”
