Free Xbox Games With Gold for March 2020 Revealed

Every month Xbox users get free games! Here's the Xbox Games With Gold games for the month of March!

One of the best parts that come with the Xbox Live membership is its free games lineup every month with Xbox Games With Gold. Microsoft offers a blend of both Xbox 360 and Xbox One titles with the older 360 games being backwards compatible. Sometimes the month line-ups are hit or miss but the month of March brings with it some Batman goodness, Castlevania glory, and more of our favorite blue dude: Sonic.

Free Xbox Games With Gold for March

The latest batch of free games commences on March 1st and some of them will even bleed into mid-April. Our biggest recommendation is to try out Batman: The Enemy Within. This was a TellTale adventure that was done stunningly well, even to those that aren’t usually fans of Tell’s usual narrative style.

The studio did an incredible job at retaining the essence of these characters we’ve grown attached to and it really is an incredible ride for those that love DC and the Dark Knight himself. As for what else is available:

  • Batman: The Enemy Within – The Complete Season ($14.99 ERP): Available March 1 to 31 on Xbox One
  • Shantae: Half-Genie Hero ($19.99 ERP): Available March 16 to April 15 on Xbox One
  • Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 ($39.99 ERP): Available March 1 to 15 on Xbox One & Xbox 360
  • Sonic Generations ($19.99 ERP): Available March 16 to 31 on Xbox One & Xbox 360

It’s important to note that these free games cannot be claimed unless an Xbox Live Membership is active. As per Microsoft, “As an Xbox Live Gold Member, you get the most advanced multiplayer, bonus games, and exclusive member discounts in Microsoft Store. With Xbox Live Gold, you can stay connected with friends, family, and Xbox Live members around the world.”
