Today marks the finale of the week-long Xbox Live Marketplace Ultimate Xbox Sale, and there are double the titles available, as yesterday’s update took its sweet time getting online, and Microsoft was gracious enough to stretch out the deals so everyone could take advantage.
First up, let’s talk the deals from yesterday. There’s Metal Gear madness aplenty, as Metal Gear Solid HD Collection and MGS: Peace Walker HD are available for $9.99 each, essentially giving you the entire collection (all three games) for $20. Not a bad deal at all. You can also get various other titles for cheap, including Batman: Arkham Asylum, Left 4 Dead 2, The Orange Box and Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution for $10 a pop. Max Payne 3 is available for cheap at $14.99, while Fallout 3 can be yours for a measly $4.99.
Today’s sale involves various fighting games as well, as you can get Street Fighter IV, Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition and Tekken 6 for $10 a pop, along with the newly released Tekken Tag Tournament 2, Street Fighter x Tekken and Mortal Kombat for $19.99. King of Fighters XIII’s price tag has also taken, ahem, a beating, down to $9.99. Finally, the underrated Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe cross-over, which is still a lot of fun, can be yours for $4.99.
