Jeremy Latcham is the former Senior Vice President of Production and Development but now he’s moving onto a very different scene: D&D. Latcham is confirmed to be attached to the upcoming Dungeons & Dragons movie as producer thanks to a recent agreement made with Hasbro’s Entertainment One.

If the name sounds familiar, you may remember Latcham for his work on The Avengers movies as well as Spider-Man: Homecoming, and Guardians of the Galaxies and now he’s about to take the tabletop world by storms as well. “Jeremy is a massively talented producer with a track record of creating true-to-brand films with size and scope that resonate with audiences and excel on a global scale,” said Nick Meyer, the president of Entertainment One said in a recent statement, via Christian Hoffer. “In our exciting new era with Hasbro, we’re thrilled to begin this new partnership and look forward to sharing the amazing projects that are to come.”

Unfortunately, we don’t know much about the Dungeons & Dragons movie at this time but with Paramount being behind this push, it’s fair to estimate that it will have resources aplenty, especially seeing how much the D&D community has grown through the years in part due to the mainstream-nature of the franchise due to properties like Critical Role.

With the future still mostly unknown, it does have us interested in what fans would like to see the upcoming Dungeons & Dragons movie take on in terms of narrative.
