Haven’t quite had your fill of killing demons in DMC: Devil May Cry? Neither have we. And now Capcom has a couple of pieces of downloadable content to keep us in the slaughtering spirit. Yay!
The company has announced that the first piece of DLC for the reboot, Bloody Palace, is now available for download on both PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade. It features a new challenge mode with 100 levels of mayhem to complete, using your sword, guns and spiritual powers. It’s good fun, especially if you like beating things down.
Meanwhile, the next piece of DLC, Vergil’s Downfall, isn’t too far off. The side story, which focuses on another demon slayer and his special abilities, will arrive on XBLA and PSN on March 6th. It’s got a price tag on it, but it’s not bad, sitting at around $8.99, or 720 Microsoft points.
We’ll have a strategic preview for Vergil in the weeks ahead, so be sure to check back.
DMC: Devil May Cry is available now for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
