Ubisoft’s Summer push of digital titles is about to kick off in a week’s time with the upcoming Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon and there’s more where that came from.  The company has announced that it will be publishing its latest first-person shooter, Call of Juarez: Gunslinger, for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on May 22nd for $14.99.

Stepping away from the modern-day shenanigans that The Cartel had when it released a while back, Gunslinger returns gamers to the Old West.  The player will use their six shooter to dispense justice against various criminals like Butch Cassidy and Jesse James, two notorious Western legends who show up midway through the game.

When the game was shown at PAX East last month, we liked  the improved Concentration Mode that lets you kill enemies with ease.  There’s also a new skill system, which helps you become even more powerful over the course of each stage.

If you liked the Call of Juarez games of old, Gunslinger will be right up your alley.  We’ll have a strategic preview for you soon.
